With the Malaysia Government’s renewed interest in developing the Desaru Coast and the RM 60 billion investment to create a regional Oil & Gas hub at Pengerang, Kingsland decided to leverage on its existing land bank to develop a landmark Resort/ Condotel along the pristine Coast of Desaru.
